Less than a handful of potential buyers assembled on the nature strip outside my home on the appointed auction day. There was no more biding after my vendors price was announced. After weeks of very intense marketing activity by Pandelis Plousi ( ably assisted by Darcy) it was obviously a big disappointment for me but unfortunately there was a surplus of similar properties in the area on the same day. Undeterred Pandelis set forth to find a buyer and using his obvious knowledge and expertise found a young couple anxious to purchase a family home similar to mine in double quick time. Discussions took place after Pandelis consulted me about " my bottom line" and with Darcy managed to negotiate an acceptable deal that pleased and relieved me greatly. I write this in my new home, not a million miles from the Hodges office in Mentone and look forward to passing the time of day as we encounter each other in our day to day activities.
