2 years elapsed between my initial meeting with Mark and engaging him to sell our property. During that period Mark stayed in touch but he was patient waiting for us to be ready to go to auction. Mark provided sound advice in terms of improvements required prior to marketing the property and also had reliable trade and service contacts. The marketing campaign was explained to us in detail and throughout, we were provided with detailed feedback. We were encouraged to ask questions and felt as if we had access to advice 7 days a week. On auction day we were impressed by Mark's command of the crowd. We were well informed by Mark and Sarah on auction day too.
