Being a single mum often means I am stereotyped from the minute someone meets me. Mark was different; he took the time to get to know me and find out what I needed from him and his team. They set about marketing my home professionally and as aggressively as they could. I was given a planner calendar so I knew what to expect and when, and everything on that calendar happened on the day it was meant to. Just prior to the sale my dad had an unexpected quadruple bypass which meant I needed to stay with mum for three weeks and my plans were thrown completely off-schedule. During that time whenever Mark contacted me he always inquired about dad's progress. Mark must have realized that for a few weeks it was touch and go whether I would meet the deadline but he never exerted any pressure. I can't thank him more for the way he has dealt with my family and I. Currently, being in the market for another home, and dealing with many other agents, reinforces just how well-organised and reliable Mark has been. We were very lucky to find the right agent. My boys and I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for an expert to sell their home. He was AMAZING!

From the first day I contacted Andrew to have a discussion about Hodges' services, he was friendly and professional. With very little notice before setting our appointment to meet in person, he produced a property report for my unit with a range of past sales results that most closely aligned to my property. He was strongly competitive with his advertising rates and fee structure as well. I wanted to do my due diligence and therefore interviewed 4 realestate agents, and what helped me select Andrew was his professional approach and genuine authenticity. All of the way through the campaign Andrew was accessible, supportive and communicated regularly. I commenced dealing with both Vanessa and Andrew once the property hit the market and both agents really put my nerves at ease, providing regular updates and detailed feedback. Come auction day, Andrew certainly delivered an outstanding result and I couldn't be happier. I am very pleased to write this review and hope others find this feedback helpful. Pandelis worked closely with me to ensure my property was presented the best way for sale. We had been in touch many times in the 2 years leading up to my sale, where he offered sound advise and recommendations regarding the best time for me to sell according to movements in the market. In a tough market for apartment sales he worked hard to get me the result I needed always communicating every step of the way, and offering words of advise to manage my expectations. He never over promised but I would say he ultimately over delivered. I was really happy with the result and communication throughout. I would definitely use Pandelis again when purchasing or selling a property in the future.
