Selling your home is a very stressful time for a person, and it was no different for my Family and I. The uncertainty and hesitation we felt leading up to making the decision to sell and move was epic, however, there was a calm that came over us, once we signed on the dotted line and put the sale of our biggest asset, and the only home our Family had known, into the hands of experts. The 4 week campaign seemed to fly by in the blink of an eye, and instead of adding to the nightmare selling your house stories that we had heard from countless friends, we had nothing but praise for the experience. Andrew and his team were amazing. They know real estate, they know the market, and they dont make promises that they cannot keep. It is rare to come across an Agent that is honest, whether you like to hear it or not, and Andrew was honest from day one. Communication is second to none, and we came to joke about the daily phone calls. Attention to detail is another area where Andrew excels - he wanted to know our home as well as if he were the one that lived in it. I cannot recommend Andrew and his team enough to sell your home. Andrew and his team at Hodges were proactive and communicated very well every step of the way. We were so worried coming up so close to Christmas and putting a new home on the market. Andrew understood that it was really important for us to get the best outcome in a short amount of time and boy did he deliver. First person to inspect bought the property and also we got the price we wanted. Andrew is not your typical sales person - he is invested in making sure that, you as the seller or buyer for that matter get the best outcome. From the very first meeting to our auction day and beyond, Pandelis was unfailingly knowledgable, positive, organised and had sensational follow-up on everything. He helped us source a company to furnish my apartment and have it looking beautiful for the entire campaign, he kept me informed every step of the way that photographers, the marketing team, copywriter... would be coming through. He made contact before and after every 'Open for Inspection' to let me know how the campaign was going, how many people had inspected... He followed up meticulously on every person who'd visited the unit, and ensured that on the actual auction day that every interested buyer was present.
