Good Worker
Daniel had sold a few similar properties in the area and to his credit called me months after the last proprety i missed which was similar, and low and behold i bought the one he called me about. So that to me is good agent work. He was always very good at fitting in with me to get through as well coming from Melbourne.

Daniel helped us secure our beach property, keeping in touch with us prior to the auction & arranging a last minute inspection. After purchasing he arranged for us to view the property again & negotiate with the vendor about existing furniture. Very happy with all the help we received.

The professional on your side
Daniel knows the local market well, and he works hard to be very professional. He has a positive attitude, and will try and get the best result for your sale. He will have a go to get a result over the odds. His judgement about the best method of sale is excellent, and a smart vendor will follow Daniel's advice. In my own case, his negotiation approach and skills turned what looked like a failed auction into an excellent outcome. Overall, I could not be happier with the work done for me by Daniel.

Great agent!
Not only was Daniel very professional from the minute we first spoke but constantly kept me in the loop/updated with where things were at from the beginning up until even after there was a signed contract of sale. Daniel was always easy to get a hold of and really easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Daniel and would most definitely be happy to deal with him again in the future.
