Daniel obviously worked hard to source out potential buyers, conduct opens for inspection and kept us informed along the way. In the end we were lucky that a family who had a property locally and knew this boat shed and wanted one like it and (importantly)had the resources to bid confidently, came along and bought it, but Daniel's work in getting the under-bidders involved and going quite a bit higher at the auction than they indicated they were prepared to go initially, was instrumental in us achieving a price higher than we would have been prepared to accept.
