right from the start, rachael and guy were upfront on what to expect marketwise. They explained their strategy to get us the best result and the likely cost that would be incurred. They guided us through our side of the procedure (filling in forms etc) and connected us with a firendly efficient conveyancing group. All the along they kept us informed of the progress of the sale and it has been such a good ride, one we had delayed earlier for fear of failure. I would readily recommend Rachael and co to anyone looking to sell their property or for that matter looking to buy.
