Happy with sale. Deposit payment took a while to arrive with a few hassles. Other than that it was good. Thanks Toni.

Rachael went above and beyond to help us achieve a fantastic result. We never had to wonder what was happening as she always kept us in the loop. The property was sold in 2.5 weeks and we're very happy. Would highly recommend Rachael and the team at Hodges Rye.

Toni showed us through multiple properties that were both on and off market to find our best fit. She had great knowledge of the area and made sure to give us options that took advantage of the different attractions of the area we were looking at. Once we found the right property she was great through the negotiation process with the vendor and worked hard to get a deal done for us as quick as possible.

Every question we had during the process of buying our new home, Toni answered. If she had to check with others she would always come back to us, even if the answer wasn’t what we wanted to hear, she always followed through. Very helpful and not pushy.

We have had the pleasure of renting our property with Hodges (Ray white) and now selling our property with them as well. It was an amazing journey with Toni Katsivelas’s selling our home. Taking of photos ( day and night shots ) her write up and attention to detail is amazing! Toni’s dedication to her job has given use the best experience of selling our home. She took on the project personally and we had very little to worry about. Thank you again! I must say, the entire team at Hodges ( Rental to Sales) are above and beyond. I wish Toni, Nick and their team’s all the very best! Regards Indira and Linton

We cannot thank Toni enough, she kept us informed each step of the way and was always available to answer any questions, her extensive knowledge of the area and great people skills. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend Toni.

right from the start, rachael and guy were upfront on what to expect marketwise. They explained their strategy to get us the best result and the likely cost that would be incurred. They guided us through our side of the procedure (filling in forms etc) and connected us with a firendly efficient conveyancing group. All the along they kept us informed of the progress of the sale and it has been such a good ride, one we had delayed earlier for fear of failure. I would readily recommend Rachael and co to anyone looking to sell their property or for that matter looking to buy.

Despite a previously poor experience with another agent I had immense confidence in Rachael from Day 1. She was positive throughout the whole process and kept me regularly updated in terms of the sales process. I would highly recommend her
