I personally found the whole apartment sale process fairly seamless. Once the agent, Angus Graham, was appointed the sale process proceeded through the various stages to the very satisfactory conclusion at the auction sale of the property. The feedback following the property inspections was sent forthwith and the report was comprehensive. The auction had its moments of doubts as to a sale, but the the team went in to action and bought in a very good sold price after some spirited bidding by two parties.
