Paul, we were really happy with the sale of our property at Morey Road. We felt that you were particularly honest, and upfront with us. You neither over promised nor under delivered in your management of the sale of our property. We felt we received a fair appraisal of our property, regular updates as to how our marketing campaign was progressing and although we did not sell at auction having buyers confirmed by the end of auction day was fantastic. I felt the price we achieved was a realistic reflection of the property's value and I am sure the buyers felt that they made a good deal as well. Further your negotiation and management of the contract during the somewhat complicated and extended "subject to" period was professional. Without your clear advice and interaction between all parties, the sale could well have come undone. Thanks again, although we are somewhat sad to say goodbye to Morey Road.
