Angus developed, organised and lead the marketing and sales strategy that resulted in the highly successful auction of my unit in Hampton in December 2020. My initial decision to sell earlier in 2020 was disrupted by the Covid-19 shutdown. Angus regularly kept me fully informed on market conditions throughout the long shut-down period and as business conditions slowly normalised following the lifting of restrictions. This enabled me to be positioned to respond quickly to the return of more favourable selling conditions. Angus advised on the sales strategies and sales timing that would best suit the rapidly improving real estate climate and this resulted in going to auction prior to Christmas. The marketing and sales campaign was efficiently organised and well structured with great advice provided on how to best present the property. In this regard, Angus was supported by an expert team of copywriters, printers, photographers, client relationship and business managers who guided me through the administrative/legal requirements in a very professional and stress free way. Angus conducted the auction and the result exceeded expectations. Thanks to his expertise in being able to "read" auction conditions as they unfolded on the day, and backed by a lot of spade work during the marketing campaign to identify the pool of potential purchasers, Angus was able to achieve a result that resulted in some audible gasps from those in attendance and an outstanding result.
