Exceeded our expectations!!

Angus has handled himself very professionally under very trying times.
Angus knew that the sale of my Mother's house was paramount under the circumstances that had arisen. He also was battling a trying time with not knowing what the Covid Restrictions would imply. He with his team (Aimee in particular) were quick and did not waste time. They have a very matter-of-fact approach which is so important when selling property. I was very pleased with the result.

Angus was brilliant during the whole process of placing my home on the market, through being present at all viewings, keeping me informed of interest with verbal and written reports to achieving the final excellent result. Supportive and thoughtful
Throughout our campaign which had a few curveballs, Angus was calm, considered in his responses, and clear in his communications giving us good advice to support our decisions. He had a clear picture of our potential buyers and a good team working with him to get us a result we were happy with. His calm manner often helped us through any emotional roller coaster moments.

Fantastic Results

Thorough and Easy
Stephen was an excellent agent to deal with during this whole process. We heard about Stephen through family members and whilst we engaged with other agents prior to settling with Hodges, we had earmarked him at the top of our list. The discerning quality that Stephen possesses is his adept ability to create a minimal pressure environment. Stephen’s communication was clear and concise and rarely did we require clarification. As vendors, we received the utmost respect from Stephen and he worked towards ensuring our requests were made. Sale of black rock property
We loved her work. Very engaging and provided regular updates on how the market and potential buyers. Market dropped with covid-19 but still managed a sale. So I’m better times sale price would have been higher.
