MELINDA WAS AMAZING! Buying a new home and selling a home, all at the same time, was much more of a challenge than we expected. Asking Melinda, who sold us our new home, to also take care of selling our old home was probably the best decision we made in this process. I was impressed that Melinda's advice on how to approach the market was not fixed advice. The market shifted as we got ready to sell and Melinda's advice shifted accordingly. I have a feeling that Melinda has pretty much seen every twist and turn the property market has to offer!
