Although we only have one property with Abel McGrath for rent, they have maintained excellent occupancy and communicated well between tenant and owners (us). I have no problem recommending them and have not been tempted to leave. They are our third managers for this property, the first was not good, the second outstanding but left the business, Abel McGrath took over and have proven very competent.
