Richard and his team provided a professional, seamless service, where they went above what would typically be expected of a sales agency. Richard helped ensure my renovation plans were aligned with customer demand and to maximise the end sales price. Thanks Team Clucas!

Richard and the Edison McGrath team were great to deal with throughout the process. Their communication was great, and the efficiency of the transaction was what stood out the most. It made the whole process very easy.

This is the third time that we have worked with Michael buying and/or selling our houses. It has been always a pleasure to work with Michael. Super professional, direct, honest and fair. On this last occasion we also see more of the team that is behind Michael. For example Tania was of great help and super efficient. This all adds to a real good experience for us to recommend to anyone and of course for us to do business again with him and his team. Thanks for all your efforts!

Natarsha provided us with a great service to purchase our home in Burswood. She was incredibly transparent and fair to deal with. It was refreshing in this sellers market, we couldn't recommend her enough and if we ever sold a property would be looking to engage Natarsha.

Richard clearly has good market knowledge in Doubleview and is well connected. The property was on the market for a short period and there was additional effort in advising on maintenance items to be completed to get the sale done.

Michael was always very interested in providing information about the market and potential opportunities for selling our home. When we decided to move, Michael was a natural choice for an agent. He worked with us to present the house in the best possible way and achieve a sell price that was the best, in the market conditions. During the sale, we found him genuine and interested in our requirements. We would recommend Michael as an agent and a person.
