The team at Hohm are everything you hope for in real estate agents. They’re approachable, relatable, honest, and communicate constantly throughout the entire process. Nothing ever feels too hard, and they genuinely work around the clock to make things happen. What really sets them apart though is that they’re real people who are professional while still being funny, down to earth, and able to have a joke along the way, which makes what can often be a stressful process feel so much easier. After three incredible experiences with them in just one year, there’s a reason we’ll also be trusting them to sell our four upcoming units. Couldn’t recommend the Hohm team highly enough. I also wanted to add something that genuinely stood out to me. We’ve dealt with multiple highly successful and well respected realtors in the past, and unfortunately many of those experiences left me feeling completely overlooked. Despite properties being in my name and requiring my signature, communication and updates were often directed solely to my partner. Our developments and property decisions are something we make together, regardless of whose name is on the title, and Hohm are honestly the first agency who consistently treated me with the same level of respect, communication and inclusion throughout the entire process.
