The experience was very straightforward, and Paul went out of his way to facilitate our purchase, and was very honest and transparent throughout the process. We took great comfort in knowing that Paul was acting in our best interests, and treated us very fairly. We are very happy with the house, and the purchasing process was very fast and smooth - less than a month from offer to move-in. Dante, Chris, and Emily were also extremely helpful and friendly in our dealings.
