His initial market appraisal was very close to the final sale achieved, so that expectations were neither exaggerated nor under par. Communications between us and Paul, or members of his team, were clear and efficient. Whenever there was a need for us to visit his office, we were always well received. Guidance received from, how to best prepare the property for sale, to settlement of the sale made the whole process seamless and stress free for us. We also found Paul's fee structure very fair and reasonable.
