I am happy with how things have been going so far. This was the first offer I put on a property and it got accepted to my big surprise. The settlement hasn't happened yet so it may be a bit early for a review. I am hoping to bring the date of the settlement forward and I am waiting to hear back from my agent. Otherwise the agency was accomodating and let me have a second look at the place after the offer was accepted which was great. The administration is always prompt to reply to any of my queries.
