Paul was so helpful in advising my daughter on the current Real estate market in the Yokine area. With this knowledge, she could decide on and purchase Unit 1. He and his professional staff guided her through all the legal documentation and provided advice on building/pest inspection, maintenance work and the appointment of a settlement agent. In addition, Holdsworth Realty has been appointed rental manager for the unit. I will seek Paul's advice when selling or purchasing my next real estate investment.
