On a number of occasions had "one on one" inspections at times that suited potential buyers. I also had an investment property that I was considering selling and he gave me candid advice not to sell unless I needed to. Unheard of! Paul helped us in all aspects of selling our property. He attended our property before the sale and advised us of what else needed to be done maintenance wise. He actually organized the maintenance himself at no extra charge. The property was on the market for approximately 10 days, Paul was very professional and also personal to our needs. Paul organized the conveyancing team for us as well which was a great help as we live on the east coast of Australia.
