Basil and his team were super bud and their assisnfsnce thru the whole process was 5 star. Having to sell my childhood home of 51 years due to my dad needing to go into care was a very hard decision and difficult thing to do. Basil and his team showed nothing but kindness and compassion thru the whole process. His guidance with preparing the house for sale was concise and extremely helpful and enabled us to concentrate on what was required whilst sorting dads needs at the same time. His recommendation for how to sell and price guide was spot on. One home open, offers, SOLD. Really can’t rate their service high enough 1 million stars ⭐️

Paul and his team made buying our first home such a good experience. He was genuine and took time throughout the process the help us secure the home we wanted whilst explaining the process. We cannot explain how different of a feeling it is when you meet an agent who makes you feel as though they genuinely want to help you, especially in time where navigating the property market as a buyer is so difficult.
