I had another property that James & Carl were managing for me & was so impressed by their professionalism that I got them to manage the 2nd property although it was out of their normal geographical jurisdiction. This 2nd property was completely neglected & it was up to scratch and poorly managed by another agency, that I asked Holland Price if they would be interested in managing this one albeit it was in their typical geographical range & thankfully they said yes & ultimately got it to a great state where both the tenants & I (landlord) are happy.
