I have had James and Carl look after my rental property over three years They have been really good from day one they always in communication with me on my property. firstly, making sure that I’m happy and my tenant is happy they actually care we’re my other property manager, before them couldn’t care less they attend problems if your house is, got any problems or any maintenance or anything else straight away and try and fix it as soon as possible’s if I have got a problem, if I’ve got a problem they get back to me straight away where my other Peppe Tennant Manager took it one or two days to get back to me and will fix the problem at times so overall they are very good.
