Great agent
Tireless agent who is the best agent selling in the Glen Alpine area, knows the market well and achievers the majority of the sales in the area. Was able to calm our nerves when a sale fell through due to Finance problems of the buyer. Eventually sold the property for a higher price than the previous potential buyer.

Front Footed & Quick
Troy had kept an interest in our property for over 4 years. When selling he wasn't our initial choice for agent but his front footed attitude and follow up was far superior to any other agent we were talking to. His confidence in setting a higher price point meant we had an offer higher then we had expected with the property on the market for only four days. Troy was excellent throughout our whole purchasing experience
We noticed whilst searching for properties around Glen Alpine, that Troy was head and shoulders ahead of all other agents he's sales sucesses were excellent and he never had a problem taking through homes outside of open house times. We actually purchased while on a private inspection, and he was more than generous with hes time, never hesitating to meet our requests to view homes out of open home periods, which suited us as our time over the weekends was extremely difficult to get to all open houses. He's knowledge for the area was exceptional and was always able to offer comparisons for properties sold around the area. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Troy if your looking to purchase a new home.

Couldn't be happier!
Selling a home for the first time was pretty daunting, but from the first time we met Troy we felt confident and comfortable knowing he was looking after the sale of our property.
