I know, to sell something, first need something to sell, but the ability to see something that you can't put a price on comes from a good deal of experience and knowing you own product and abilities. I think Troy, you've definitely done your time. From the time you took your shoes off at the front door you had knowledge and professionalism written all over you. You qualified our product and went straight in for the kill, promoting your product to assist the end result. Both Deb and I are ecstatic with the way it turned out. Your promotional material, though from the start I thought expensive highlighted what we had to sell so much more than just a paper advert or Internet plugs. From what I saw the very different tactics you used on the build up with open days and particularly on the auction day was 10 out of 10.
