As a purchaser in a hot market I have seen Ms Poly Schultz s exemplary communication skills..and her actively listening abilities . It’s quite the skill knowing when to engage the sales pitch.. but balancing it with let the property speak for itself . In my opinion ,a less is more approach is an effective sales tool. Her personal integrity is outstanding . She clearly was looking out for the vendors best interests as well as engaging the purchaser . Having bought and sold a number of properties, I was impressed with her conduct.. I was inclined to offer more as a result , to close the deal. I have no doubt Ms Polly Schultz could be an effective buyers advocate, a handy resource for those that are purchasing. Guy knew the market value of properties in the area in the current climate. Quickly ascertained what I was looking for in the area and the price range I could afford. Good at keeping in touch and checking the process was going smoothly with the Homburgs team. Gave tips and advise regarding the property to increase its value further and what would be desirable for a tenant. Very professional to deal with. I would use his services again.
