Even long before we actually put out vacant block up for sale we were able to engage his expertise and guidance which he gave freely and generously. He is a 'can do' person who never failed to point us in the right direction or connect us with the right people. We value his honest and genuine assessments, his expertise, and his friendly and efficient manner very highly. It was a difficult block to sell and 2020 added some extra challenges, but Guy persevered to get the best possible result for us.
