Yes you have probably heard of ‘that guy’, the rumour has it, he is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, experienced and trust worthy. Well look no further, this Guy is ‘that guy’! Having dealt with Guy in the past when we purchased a previous property, when we saw this new property listed by him, we felt confident working with him again would be a smooth transaction. Guy is extremely knowledgeable on his properties as well as the area and always happy to offer sound advice. Just as before, Guy went above and beyond with his communication from the beginning and although he was working for the vendor (as he should be), he never made us feel less important and always treated us with the upmost respect. Despite Guy being away for a period of time through the settlement stage, Guy’s fantastic team at Homburg assisted us effortlessly through until his return. Even though the house was on the market for a long time we were pleased with end result and very fortunate to have such a lovely couple move in. Only fault I have was a couple open inspections weren’t advertised in local paper and they could also be put on Facebook. I felt signage was poor - orange could be updated and bigger, brighter sign with photos.

We chose to ask Guy to look after the sale of our adjoining properties on Elizabeth Street Tanunda after having known him some time back while both being involved in a wine venture. We knew Guy was an honest and dedicated person, and, as we were going overseas for the entire duration of the marketing campaign for both properties we needed someone with the in-depth knowledge of the total real estate business who we could trust to just handle everything in our absence. Both properties had tenants which Guy needed to manage as well, which he did with compassion and understanding all round.
