We went to Guy after being associated with him some time ago in the wine business. We had the highest regard for his honesty and integrity. When we decided to sell our 2 adjoining properties in Tanunda we needed someone we could trust to manage the sales as we were going overseas for 9 weeks and would not be able to oversee the process. Also, both properties had long term tenants which needed to be managed by someone with compassion and solid realestate knowledge. We had been looking for a new house for over 2 years. We had put a few offers in on some houses which fell through. We kept saying to ourselves that it wasnt meant to be, the right house will come up soon. We came to know a lot of the local real estate agents along our journey. We were very excited when we saw 8 Lehmann Road. Not only was the house perfect for what we were after, but we knew that we would be in good hands dealing with Guy. Regardless of who we bought our house from we knew that we would be selling our house with Guy. It was just a coincidence that Guy had the listing which we were so happy about. Guy is very professional and passionate when it comes to selling houses. Any requests that we had he actioned with good results for both us and the vendors selling the house. When dealing with Guy he makes the whole expierence about his customer. Never once did we feel that he was in it for himself or making suggestions that weren’t in the best interest for us. In saying this we couldn’t have been happier that we bought through Guy. He makes what usually is a stressful expience quite painless. We were very satisified with the whole expierence.
