Yes you have probably heard of ‘that guy’, the rumour has it, he is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, experienced and trust worthy. Well look no further, this Guy is ‘that guy’! Having dealt with Guy in the past when we purchased a previous property, when we saw this new property listed by him, we felt confident working with him again would be a smooth transaction. Guy is extremely knowledgeable on his properties as well as the area and always happy to offer sound advice. Just as before, Guy went above and beyond with his communication from the beginning and although he was working for the vendor (as he should be), he never made us feel less important and always treated us with the upmost respect. Despite Guy being away for a period of time through the settlement stage, Guy’s fantastic team at Homburg assisted us effortlessly through until his return.
