We had been looking for a new house for over 2 years. We had put a few offers in on some houses which fell through. We kept saying to ourselves that it wasnt meant to be, the right house will come up soon. We came to know a lot of the local real estate agents along our journey. We were very excited when we saw 8 Lehmann Road. Not only was the house perfect for what we were after, but we knew that we would be in good hands dealing with Guy. Regardless of who we bought our house from we knew that we would be selling our house with Guy. It was just a coincidence that Guy had the listing which we were so happy about. Guy is very professional and passionate when it comes to selling houses. Any requests that we had he actioned with good results for both us and the vendors selling the house.
