My agent processed a break of lease and initiated a new lease and vetting very smoothly. She identified all major areas where the prior tenants had damaged items, and initiated quotes for repairs immediately. She communicated all these items to the former tenants and took all appropriate steps to facilitate payment of these repairs. All this was done with minimal time or decision making required by myself. I am extremely satisfied with my agent and her handling of the property.
