Once the files were transferred, Daniel reviewed the existing status and inspected the property and gave us a clear update on the state of the property as well as advice on administrative items to make things easier for all parties. I really enjoy dealing with Home Estate Agents. I have rent many different properties in the past and this is the first time I have met such a professional and involved team. Starting with Alexi, the Property Manager: we met for the first time at an open inspection. As I was not interested by this property, he tried to get to know us and asked for our criteria. He called me back a couple of months later to introduce me another property. We had a personalized phone call so he could understand exactly what were my expectations. Then he reached out to me to organize a private inspection of the property that was completely matching all my criteria. He explained me clearly all the process to apply to rent the place and he has been really fast to get an approval. He is really responsive to all messages and phone calls and is always available to please his clients. Then Paige, the Assistant Property Manager, was liaising with me to make sure our entry in the new place was smooth, from handover of the keys, to the condition report and any issue to fix, she has been very responsive to make sure everything is sorted quickly. Overall very good level of service in this agency. I am very happy to have finally found a place where I feel home thanks to the great experience provided by Home Estate Agents! Thank you Team!
