The market shifted quite quickly during the final weeks of our campaign, and Andrew kept us informed about what was happening, explained how he was adjusting the strategy and gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions along the way. Another important aspect for us was the way Andrew and his team looked after the tenant who was living in the property. Selling a tenanted property can be disruptive, and we appreciated the consideration and respect they showed towards the tenant while still managing the sales campaign effectively. Overall, Andrew demonstrated strong market knowledge, adaptability and professionalism throughout the sale. We felt that he genuinely worked to get the best possible outcome for us while making the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. We would happily recommend Andrew and his team.
