This purchase experience was easy and pleasant, no hassle at all. Generally, the agent works for the owner but I can feel the passion & effort she made to make it a win-win situation for both owner and buyer. Also to mention the key chain(part of settlement present), I can't believe that it has my name & number on it, the attention to details is incredible. Allesia loves her job and she's doing a great job.

Allesia was a fantastic agent who was incredibly knowledgable but also realistic. We felt our expectations were dealt with straight away and there were no surprises. Allesia sold our house in 2 days!! It was reassuring to find someone who wasn't trying to rip us off and was prepared to work incredibly hard to sell our home in the timeframe we needed. She definately worked for us alot harder than other agents we had come across. I am a purchaser and she is the agent for the seller. She has been keeping good communication between me and them. Documents are prepared neatly and quickly. There are fast responses for queries. If you want to sell/buy a house really quick, she might be an agent for you.
