Joel was dedicated, passionate and strategic!
Joel managed to get us a phenomenal offer in a very uncertain market. Whilst most people were preoccupied with the COVID outbreak Joel continue to work day in day out to drive offers through. He used sophisticated market data to pinpoint those who would be ready to buy and worked fast and hard to drive offers. I would highly recommend Joel as an agent and also believe he has very unique prospecting tools to ensure you have lots of active buyers targeted for your specific property.
