"She came, she saw, she conquered!" What can I say about Amanda that isn’t being said in the introduction to this review? What I mean by this is that I showed Amanda my property, explained to her what I was looking to achieve, left her to look around and formulate her strategy and provided me with several valuable suggestions to consider. As soon as I had accepted Amandas’ proposed strategy and got started on implementing this, she returned a few weeks later with a qualified buyer, and then, a few days after that, Amanda presented me with a formal offer from said buyer at my asking price (which I accepted), and then, a week after that, she presented sent me a signed agreement, and all of this within less than a month, what a legend! Amanda also made available to me a team of hand-picked professional tradespeople to work with me and project manage the entire preparation process (…while at the same time, making sure she also kept a personal eye on things to make sure that whatever needed to happen, did continue to happen within the very limited timeframe we had available to us). Amanda also provided me with valuable suggestions relating to the legal and regulatory considerations I needed to be aware of, and how to navigate these. And to top it all, Amanda made it her duty to keep me regularly appraised of the progress, consistently ensuring that I was happy with the progress, and addressing any questions or concerns that I might have had during any part of the process. In all my years of buying and selling properties, I have never known anyone to provide a service as well rounded and all-encompassing as that provided to me by Amanda, I also found her knowledge, expertise and experience in this space to be unparalleled, and I cannot thank her enough for all her support and assistance she and her team provided me with throughout this sale of my property, and would, without any hesitation, recommend her to anyone else looking to sell their property.
