Evolving beyond franchising gave him the flexibility to be more creative and grow his business in line with his values. He lives and breathes design and architecture and leading his own agency gave him the opportunity to combine his passions with a genuine interest in people and understanding what motivates them when it comes to Real Estate.
Forming genuine and honest relationships with everyone he works with is key. He believes that experience lends itself to a quiet confidence and when you interact with others in an open and interested manner, the relationships and outcomes are far more rewarding and long term.
