Agencies in St Lucia, QLD, 4067

Very easy to work with very quick to respond extremely reasonable not ever had a bad experience and I’ve rented two properties with them so far

The best agency, communication is excellent, the people are very friendly and help you with everything you need regarding the property

Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

Highly recommend Jackie and Jana from my Logan realty. I have investments in other states and the team is one of the best I’ve dealt with in all of aus! Keep up the good work

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately. Their approach to getting my most recent property rented above the initial appraisal within 4-5 days of signing the contract using their existing connections and database had my mind blown. Whenever I am adding a new property to my portfolio within the logan region, I know I have a trusted agent who will handle it all for me.

We used Vasile Property Group services recently to rent out our investment property. Immediately after I contacted them, they provided me excellent support and also shared their extensive knowledge of the local rental market. They appraise the rental value of my property in a very fair way and only 6 days from our initial conversation, they rented out our property. They also arranged all compliances inspection. Couldn’t be more than happy from the excellent service that I have received. Big shoutout for Breanna for her great performance. Highly recommended!

We have had a very positive experience with my property manager, Bre. She communicates clearly, responds promptly, and manages the property with care and professionalism. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have made a significant difference.

I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. And Breanna fills that to a T, making sure that the tenants are also happy. If you are in need of a real estate agent I could not recommend Breanna enough!
