Chris White – a consummate professional
It was an absolute pleasure to have Chris manage the marketing strategy and auction of our house.
From first meeting Chris we were impressed by his appreciation of Victorian era buildings (the house was built in 1886), his understanding of our goal to maintain as much as possible of the original building in which we had invested a great deal of effort and time, and our desire to convey this to potential buyers.
Chris was easy to talk to, kept us informed along every step of the marketing strategy and responded immediately not only to our questions but also to any issue raised by prospective buyers.
Prior to commencing the marketing campaign he prepared a spreadsheet of important dates and events from the photo shoot, open house dates and times to the auction date. We also received a weekly report of open house attendances and other enquiries. His supportive approach to helping us through the multi-layered process of selling the house was invaluable to us.
We cannot recommend Chris highly enough.
