Highly Recommend!
Highly recommend Martin and his team at Remax Riverside who all went above and beyond to sell our home. Professional no bullshit approach
As a commercial real estate and property valuer I deal with agents daily. The appointment of a real estate must be one with who you can work with, and have a candid conversation on price, and marketing. Martin ticks all these boxes for a highly effective agent. He fully understands the machinations of the market and quickly develops a rapport with buyers and sellers - this is a critical factor in bringing buyers and sellers together. The agent's support team also plays a role in a successful sale, and Martins support team was first rate rate.

Selling our beloved Forest House
Martin was incredibly well prepared from our very first meeting. He was very enthusiastic about our property and had a clear idea of how to market it to the right buyer. It was evident right from the start that he wasn't just interested in a sales commission but that he was genuinely interested in our home and our needs. We feel quite fortunate to have had Martin as our agent. He also has a great team 'behind' him in Lou and Cara.

Chris White – a consummate professional
It was an absolute pleasure to have Chris manage the marketing strategy and auction of our house. From first meeting Chris we were impressed by his appreciation of Victorian era buildings (the house was built in 1886), his understanding of our goal to maintain as much as possible of the original building in which we had invested a great deal of effort and time, and our desire to convey this to potential buyers. Chris was easy to talk to, kept us informed along every step of the marketing strategy and responded immediately not only to our questions but also to any issue raised by prospective buyers. Prior to commencing the marketing campaign he prepared a spreadsheet of important dates and events from the photo shoot, open house dates and times to the auction date. We also received a weekly report of open house attendances and other enquiries. His supportive approach to helping us through the multi-layered process of selling the house was invaluable to us. We cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

Straight forward agent
Chris is a straight forward agent. He is organised and knowledgeable and gives honest opinions and answers. He always answers your call or gets straight back to you. He has great communication skills and is good at focusing buyers on the saleable features of your property. Although the price was below our expectations, he negotiated our sale at a difficult time in the market.

Gets the job done without fuss
We met Martin when he leased the property. We specifically chose Martin to sell the property as he has a great personality (no show, "as it is") and just gets on with things. He is supported by his lovely wife and great team. Could not recommend him more - if you want the honest approach
