I knew I engaged the right agent for me sfter my first conversation with Warren.. he knew his craft !! Getting to market was not as simple as I had hoped, fro. my side we had a unit unable to be marketed due to poor property management, difficulties with the prooperty management group and the tenant. However Warren and his Team, just got on with... they tried extremely hard to have all involved on side, which got me a great result on the first open house, with several offers presented.
