Getting to market was not as simple as I had hoped, fro. my side we had a unit unable to be marketed due to poor property management, difficulties with the prooperty management group and the tenant. Warren’s agent’s skills and knowledge of the area surpassed all the other agents we had been dealing with at the time. He helped us every step of the way, even after the contract was signed and was a great conduit of communication between the seller and us.
