My family and myself flew up to visit the property in Helensvale. From the outset, Warren and Wendy were a pleasure to deal with. I have bought and sold many properties in the past decade and can only name three agents that I feel pass the test of professionalism and honesty. Warren and Wendy are two of them. They were happy to not only entertain concerns on my part, but had them followed up and rectified in a timely manner that surprised me. They understand the area well and were forthcoming to acknowledge potential drawbacks. In my book that is a big plus. Not just from a buyers point of view. But if for some reason I need to sell. I would choose Wendy and Warren as they have shown their character and ethics. Fair to say, I would happily deal with them again.
