Our experience with Jason was outstanding reflected in the sale and purchase of our homes. The time frame of the 2 transactions was completed within a month. The presentation of prospective clients to purchase our home was immediate and carried out with such respect to us and our home. Jason was always positive and encouraging in his attitude and his knowledge base of the area was outstanding. He was always available when we had queries in regard to the transactions and presented with a genuine kind attitude throughout what is always a stressful situation for all involved. Even post Settlement when we were in our new home Jason made contact to ensure we had settled in and all was satisfactory. He made the process positive. Thank you Jason.

Excellent Sales Agent
We were extremely glad we chose Jason as the agent to sell our house. He is very knowledgeable of house prices in the area but at the same time was respectful of our price expectations and worked to achieve that for us. Jason always provides excellent feedback and was happy to go that extra mile to assist whenever possible - which we needed as we were overseas for part of the sale time. We fully trust him as an agent, appreciate his honesty and integrity. We would recommend Jason 100%.

Purchase of a dwelling
We met Jason by chance. Calling him as a result of a For Sale sign on a property he was extremely obliging for a busy Saturday and arranged to meet after lunch. A further inspection was arranged, at short notice, for Monday and the property was negotiated and purchased with settlement in 3 weeks. At all times Jason has been extremely obliging, professional, easy to contact and responded almost immediately with answers from the Vendors to any questions raised. J & L
