I followed Jason's instructions for the refurbishment, and very much appreciate his advice on who to give the various 'upgrading tasks' to. They were all, without doubt, exceptional Trades people, and the end result was a great Apartment to show to the World. Jason has a great reputation, and a long history of sales @ H.I.R. My last experience with selling a QLD Apartment was a total nightmare; dealing with Jason was factual, transparent and a most pleasant experience. Of course, I wanted more... doesn't everyone! I have already passed Jason's name on to my Sydney neighbours who have a H.I.R. property, I am that impressed with his ethics and the smooth transition of the entire deal. Highly, highly recommended.
