I would not hesitate to recommend Alessio to anyone looking to sell property. He's hardworking, proactive and makes the entire (usually stressful) experience of selling a house as seamless as possible. We were hesitant about putting our property on the market during Covid times, but Alessio was patient and reassuring. His database and efforts were short and sweet, with our two-bedroom apartment selling off market. Thank you for everything Alessio!

Appointing Alessio inclusive of the Horwood Nolan agency was hands down the best decision we made in selling our family home. Alessio was genuine, engaging, professional, honest and hardworking throughout our entire campaign. In addition Alessio was able to bring buyers that stretched from Canada Bay, Inner west and south west where others agents were a little shallow in their reach. Lastly but not least he achieved a suburb record price for a semi in Croydon !!!! Alessio we can’t thank you and recommend you enough and we look forward to working with you again soon.
