Purchasing a property can be as challenging and stressful as it is meant to be exciting! From the initial phone call to the first inspection, Alessio's commitment to making himself available coupled with excellent and open communication; plus a willingness to go the extra mile were instrumental in sealing the deal.

Ben was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. Things ran smoothly and he executed everything to perfection. He kept us in the loop of everything that happened and communicated openly about what to expect.

As a first time seller I was really nervous and unsure about the selling process. I found Ben really warm and genuine - which you don’t really find in a real estate agent. Very knowledgeable and fully capable - he held my hand through the whole process and sold my place at the high end of my expected price range. Overall just a really good human and highly skilled agent. I highly recommend.

Alessio has been on of the most transparent and genuine agents I’ve dealt with. I was reminded I was in great hands each time I told family and friends who I was working with. He was professional and always ready to assist with any inquiries. I found him to be very supportive and he went out of his way to help me buy my dream home.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Alessio for a number of weeks. He kept me informed throughout this time and I found him to be very professional and reliable and most of all trustworthy. He managed to find me a buyer in short period of time. Thanks for all your effort and hard work.

When you choose an agent to sell your home you put a lot of trust in that person, & I felt from the start that Ben was right for me. With his professionalism, experience and great local knowledge he ran a great campaign with lots of interest, even through lockdown! He was then able to achieve an excellent sale, which was stress- free & above market expectations.

We knew when we first met Alessio that we wanted him to sell our property. And we are so happy we chose him to sell it. He did an amazing job. He has excellent knowledge of the local market, he kept us informed every step of the way, and he delivered a sale price that exceeded our expectations. But more than that, Alessio is a decent person. He is honest and considerate and it’s obvious that he cares about all parties in the sales process. We think that’s important. We thank Alessio from the bottom of our hearts for his efforts and guidance throughout the sales process and we'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy.

I am sure I would not have bought a recent property if I had not had not formed a strong rapport with Alessio over the last 6 months. Alessio has called me consistently over the last half a year, checking in on me and how my property search was going and always updating me about properties that are coming up in the market. I felt a genuine care and consistency from him which is rare I believe. So grateful Alessio for this recent purchase and continually checking in with me in the time leading up to it. Keep up the brilliant work!

Alessio was fantastic to work with. He was readily available, providing regular updates on the process of the sale at all stages. The process was clear and efficient from start to finish. This was my first sale, and Alessio was able to clearly explain the logistics and strategy undertaken, which was incredibly reassuring. I would strongly recommend Alessio and the Horwood Nolan team.

Jacob achieved an excellent result in a little over two weeks listing our property in Newington. Listing mid-lockdown meant inspections by appointment only, these 1-1 inspections were well organised, with little hassle to us as the owners. Jacob is motivated and enthusiastic and kept us informed along the way.

We bought a home from Alessio and as we have little experience it was an overwhelming task. Alessio was punctual with appointments and clear with all communication. We secured our property with him quickly and efficiently and he helped us feel comfortable during the process
