Brent and his team went above and beyond, particularly regarding little extras that we hadn't thought of, such as delivering flowers on the first day of the open. Brent was realistic and honest when we asked him how we could improve our property for sale. There were some areas we were going to improve and he suggested to focus on other aspects. We took on board all of his advice and had a sale within a fortnight. Brent was very diligent with all paperwork. His campaign and communication was outstanding and we were consulted at all points during the process. We were delighted to deal with Brent and his team at Hoskins.
