We were naturally very nervous about selling our first home. Brent came over and immediately we felt comfortable. Brent is very personable, has a wealth of industry knowledge, and provided an accurate valuation of our property. Brent chose the absolute best method of sale for our property and developed a targeted, powerful campaign for our property. We sold at auction with a very pleasing result. During the campaign Brent would call with updates, reassurances, and advice. We never felt left in the dark or pushed - like many of the horror stories we have heard from others. I believe the Hoskins database alone is unmatched, and was one of the main reasons we chose to list with Brent and his team. The number of potential buyers coming through our home - many were from this database, and it gave us confidence that they were targeting the right buyers for our property.
