We were overseas and saw the house on the internet and was extremely interested due to proximity and land size. I originally placed an inquiry on line and received an answer the same day. I then called Cheryl who was extremely helpful. Within 3 days I had organised my builder and daughter to the view the property with Cheryl on two seperate occasions and within 5 days we made an offer. We had expressed the urgency as we were also negotiating on another property. During the course of the week i received a called from Peter who was in full negotiation mode! After a few phone calls and some tough negotiations :) between Peter and I the house was ours! Peter and Cheryl were extremely professional and assertive - i have bought a few houses in my time and i must say they have been one of the best agents to deal with! It made for a pleasurable experience.
